Primary Breast Augmentation with Silicon Implant

Introduction: Breast augmentation remains one of the most commonly performed cosmetic procedures. It is a surgery breast in order to increase its size by placing implants under tissue or chest muscles. Silicon implant used for both and reconstructive reasons. The purpose this study was evaluate outcomes primary with silicon implant. Methods: A retrospective patients who underwent based through inframammary submuscular dual plane, between February 2017 January 2019. Surgical were evaluated Patient satisfaction measured using BREAST-Q Augmentation Module.Result: This involved total 32 (i.e. 64 breasts),19 mongoloid 12 non mongoloid. average age 32.25 years (range: 20-45 years) follow up period 24 months.The ranged from 240-340 cc. Thirty-one satisfied outcome. Seroma noted two patients. One not capsular contracture within follow-up period. Fifteen 280 All able go normal daily activity after seventh post-operative day. Conclusion: have potential produce more satisfactory aesthetically pleasing results low revision rates. Eventhough various techniques are existing but still universal standard technique controversial.
